Thank you for choosing Brow diva by Tarj for your permanent make up beauty treatment/s.
Before attending or booking your treatment please familiarise yourself with my terms & conditions and clinics policies, securing an appointment confirms you understand and agree to these.
Failure to declare any medical history or medications at the time of securing a booking could result in you losing your appointment, your booking fee and being charged for the appointment.
No exceptions
A non-refundable or transferable booking fee is required on all appointments made with Brow Diva by Tarj. This must be paid at the time of making an appointment and it can be done remotely via Paypal, bank transfer, card or a direct payment link and is taken off the final quoted price.
PMU treatment prices start from £200 and are a single session, a 4 to 6 week top up if needed is priced at £50.00 (also a single session)
Existing client colour boosts - under 6 months £70 / 6-12 months £100 / 12-24 months £170 / over 2 years £200 these are single sessions and do not include a 2nd visit or treatment.
Cancellations 48 hours notice is required to re-schedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee. Anything less than 48 hours will result in your booking fee or prepaid slot being lost and non-transferable
If you choose not to attend your appointment, no show, attend an appointment you have booked but choose not to go ahead with the treatment, are refused on the day due to failure to declare medications, illness or facecare products mentioned in this section and on your forms you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
This is to cover my loss of earnings and is expected from you before leaving the studio or at the time of cancelling via one of my payment methods accepted.
Short notice cancellations and no shows wanting to rebook will be required to pay in full in advance to secure a new booking.
Top ups are your responsibility to book and must be within the time frame recommended, this is solely your responsibility. There is a charge of £50.00 for top-ups.
All PMU treatments and tints/lamination you MUST have a sensitivity patch test before I proceed, without one you will be refused a treatment and will forfeit your pre-paid booking fee on your appointment.
Patch tests should be carried out 48 hours before at a minimum. It is your responsibility to receive a patch test, unfortunately I cannot chase you for this to be done.
Please come alone to your appointment to avoid overcrowding and disturbance - children will not be permitted to attend your appointment with you, please make alternative arrangements for them.
Please contact me in advance if you require a chaperone to attend with you.
You will be asked to approve and authorise your pre drawn brows/lips before going ahead with the treatment, including your colour choices by signing a consent section included in your forms you will receive confirming your happy and allowing me to go ahead
Toilet facilities - there is a staff toilet available at the studio, however this is small, not disabled accessible.
Arriving late for your appointment - anyone later than 15 minutes will be rescheduled and expected to pay a new booking fee. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment to avoid clashing with other appointments. I work back-to-back and without breaks, being late will cause disruption all appointments booked and my other clients.
Parking - There is free parking on Bournemouth Park Road, and side streets. Please do not park on my drive as it’s a shared drive and may cause an inconvenience to neighbours.
Photographic I.D is required for all appointment.
Cover ups & colour boost of work not my own - may take an unknown number of treatments to achieve and the outcome and colour will vary, you must understand the risks and that the heal may vary to a first-time treatment including the healed colour, tone and quality.
I do not guarantee perfect or natural results should you chose to go ahead. Scar tissue in the brow area of those done multiple times may require additional procedures and fees will apply.
You must have an in-person consultation with me prior to booking an appointment to assess the quality of the previous work and pigment left in the skin. Those who do not have a full removal may always have a patchy heal, will be required to go larger for covering the previous work and darker. This is out of my control as the artist and cannot be avoided
If you require any additional touch ups for any treatment it will be chargeable to cover tools and the appointment time, the booking must also be requested no later than 8 weeks after the 2nd appointment to avoid a full colour boost charge. I do not take responsibility for fading or colour changes/poor tones.
Fading of any PMU 3 months after completion of the treatment will be treated as a colour boost and is chargeable.
PMU can take several sessions to achieve your desired results, it’s important to know that PMU and tattoos are a multi treatment process and can vary from person to person. Colour on all PMU and tattooing will fade and soften anywhere from 10-50% or more in some cases once healed, the true colour of your new PMU will show its true tone at around 4-6 weeks, this can be more on scaring or skin damage. I cannot guarantee the healed result for any treatment or individual retention.
All medical history changes must be declared - including any new medication, a recent medical diagnosis, pregnancy, giving birth in the last 6 months and any hormonal changes.

Brow Diva by Tarj can release you at anytime from any future services if it felt that the policies, pre procedures or aftercare recommendations are not being adhered to.
